Detail Information
The Oakley Velo Mach Race Helmet in Matte Black is engineered for real-world riding positions and high-speed road racing, combining aerodynamic efficiency with rider comfort and practical ventilation.
Designed to help reduce drag while maintaining airflow, the Velo Mach features Flow Conditioners — specialized fin-like structures designed to improve airflow attachment across the rear of the helmet. Developed with sprint riding in mind, the Flow Conditioners are designed to reduce drag when riding at speeds of up to 70km/h in a sprint position.
The Oakley 360 Fit system delivers a race-focused fit with newly positioned yoke arms, a rubberized adjustment dial and a new fit cap designed to provide more accommodating sizing while helping reduce pressure points and hot spots.
Comfort is enhanced by TurboDry fabric across all next-to-skin surfaces, including the straps and interior liner. TurboDry uses one-way moisture transfer technology to help keep the rider feeling dry and comfortable during demanding rides. The removable liner can be washed in a laundry bag or by hand.
Front vents provide a convenient eyewear storage location, while included Eyewear Landing Zone Plugs provide additional practicality when carrying glasses during a ride.
The integrated Mips® safety system uses a low-friction layer designed to help reduce rotational motion to the brain during angled impacts.
The Velo Mach includes a helmet travel bag, Eyewear Landing Zone Plugs and Oakley decal, making it well suited to riders who travel for racing, training and cycling events.
