General Service;

• Recommended every 3 months
• We will clean, inspect and adjust your bike to ensure optimum performance with smooth riding and reliable efficiency.

 

Service includes

• Bike Wash and Shine
• Bike Wear Inspection & Recommendations (Check Chain, Brake Pads & Tyre wear)
• Drive train degreased and Inspected
• Drive train lubed
• Gear Tune
• Brake Adjustment
• Brake surfaces cleaned and Pads deglazed
• Inflate Tyres
• Bottom bracket inspected and Adjusted
• Headset Inspected and adjusted
• Hubs inspected
• Test ride
• E-Bikes are an extra $40 at this service level, and also include a Firmware Update

 

Comprehensive Service;

 

• Recommended every 6 months
• We will clean, inspect and adjust your bike to ensure optimum performance with smooth riding and reliable efficiency. Plus we also give a little love and attention to a few areas of the bike often neglected.

 

Service includes 

• Bike Wash and Shine
• Bike Wear Inspection & Recommendations (Check Chain, Brake Pads & Tyre wear)
• Drive train degreased and Inspected
• Drive train lubed
• Gear Tune
• Derailleur Hanger Aligned
• Brake Adjustment
• Brake surfaces cleaned and Pads deglazed
• Inflate Tyres
• Bottom bracket inspected and Serviced
• Headset Inspected and Serviced
• Seatpost Re-Greased and Torqued
• Hubs inspected
• Wheels Trued in bike
• Test ride

 

Ultimate Service;

• Recommended every 12 months
• This is a full strip down and rebuild service. Every part of your bike is cleaned, greased and then reinstalled. This service can take in excess of 4 hours so please ensure you book ahead of time. Treat yourself to that new bike feel!
• Note;- Some Timetrial / Triathlon / Aero Bikes will incur additional labour charges depending on gear and brake configurations

 

Service includes

• Comprehensive service inclusions, PLUS
• Bike stripped down to a bare frame
• All parts degreased, cleaned and lubricated
• Hubs, Headset and Pedal service
• New cable installation
• Bottom bracket overhauled
• Road Bikes: Free fitting of any bar tape purchased in-store
• Bike with Hydraulic Brakes: Brake bleed
• Mountain Bikes: Rotors cleaned and straightened
• All Bikes: Free fitting of any tubes or tyres purchased in-store
